IEDA Community
- We presented new updates on USAP-DC and especially the new project pages at the West Antarctic Ice Sheet (WAIS) workshop in Julian, CA.
- Usage and impact of EarthChem continues to grow. Data submissions have quadrupled in the past quarter and citation of EarthChem systems in the literature including the PetDB database has reached a new record high over the past year (147 citations).

Tools and Services
- USAP-Dc has introduced new editing functions to their project and dataset catalog that allows users to update the metadata records, including updating the list of references related to a dataset or project.
- GMRT version 3.7 was released with curated multibeam data from 62 additional cruises bringing the total number of cruises in GMRT to 1,108. Data sets in this release are from the Southern Ocean (10 cruises), Atlantic Ocean (25 cruises), Indian Ocean (7 cruises), Arctic Ocean (4 cruises), and Pacific Ocean (17 cruises). - New contributed data sets now available through the Marine-Geo Digital Library (MGDL) include:
- Seismic velocity models for Santorini volcano and for the Juan de Fuca and Gorda plates, Axial Seamount and Endeavour Segment.
- Bathymetry data from the New England Mud Patch, Discovery-Quebrada fracture zones, Central Indian Ridge, and Chilean Fjords.
- Magnetics data for the Central Indian Ridge and for southern Malawi.
