Steve Richard

Steve holds undergraduate degrees in Earth and Planetary Science and in Electrical Engineering from MIT, as well as a Master’s degree from the University of Arizona, and a Ph.D. from the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB), both in Geology. Steve’s graduate and post-doctoral work was focused on geologic mapping, structure and tectonics, and thermochronology. He served as chief of the geoinformatics section at the Arizona Geological Survey prior to joining IEDA in 2015.
